Happy December everyone! The Christmas season is upon us so I would like to introduce to my own version of the 25 Days of Fitmas! Pictured below are 25 of my favorite exercises that you can mix and match to build your own workouts to help keep you in shape this holiday season and beyond! I will be featuring a different exercise (along with modifications) each day on my Instagram page to help you understand how to execute each one with proper form and intensity.
